Victory Gamers started off as a Warhammer 40,000 (40k) club, and 40k remains a core gaming interest. Games are played at Victory Comics and other local gaming spaces that the club has access to. Usual gaming night is Saturday evening at Victory Comics, but games are played other days and times. Larger games are played on Sunday afternoons (1-6 pm) at the Board Room in Arlington, VA.
Victory Gamers wants to do Warhammer 40k right, which means catering to all preference of play: tournament, casual, narrative, Kill Team, Apocalypse, or whatever people want to play.

- Casual Gaming. Usually on Saturday nights at Victory Comics, from 6-9 pm, on Sunday afternoons (1-6 pm) at the Board Room in Arlington, VA, or on an ad hoc basis at players' homes.
- Narrative Gaming. Club plays narrative campaigns using the Crusade mechanic in 9th edition.
- Tournament Gaming. Victory Gamers sends teams to RTTs and GTs to compete. Players from the club are regular attendees at the NOVA Open and Las Vegas Open conventions.
- Big Games. Every year the club hosts "Tentcon", a full day of gaming held outdoors, usually the first weekend in June. It started in a tent in the backyard of the club's founder, but recently has been held in a 30x40' tent at a recording studio in Merrifield, VA. Usually the games are multi-player, large scale, and narrative driven (perfect chance to break out the Apocalypse ruleset and play out epic stories!) but the club has also offered tournament play.
